For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

How do I return an item purchased on popopine?

popopine offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a replacement request for one or all products in you order.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request /replace/ your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-6 business working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Wrong products or Damaged products, can only be applicable for return if the customer contact with in 12 hours of delivery date.

Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds often take 15-25 business days to be processed by credit card companies and banks.

After placing order, customer can cancel his/her order with in 12 hours, and once cancellation is approved in 24 hours refund will be processed, in 5-7 business working days amount would be reflected  in customer's bank account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
